Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Revido LLC ("Revido", "we", "us") operates the website revido.co. We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch and EU privacy laws.

2. What data we collect

When you visit our marketing site, we may collect: • Page views — which pages you visit, timestamps, and referrer URLs • Device information — browser type, operating system, screen resolution (collected anonymously via HTTP headers) • Session recordings — mouse movements, clicks, and scrolls (only with your explicit consent, with all form inputs masked) • Interaction events — CTA clicks, form submissions, demo requests • Error tracking — error messages and stack traces from browser and server-side applications, along with contextual information (browser type, request path) for stability monitoring. Error reports from authenticated sessions may be associated with your user account Our PostHog analytics configuration does not intentionally include names or email addresses. Advertising measurement is described below. Server-side analytics use a daily-rotating hash of your IP address and user agent — the raw IP is never stored.

3. How we collect data

We use PostHog Cloud EU (hosted in Frankfurt, Germany) for website analytics, routed through revido.co/ingest. • Before consent: PostHog uses memory-only storage • After accepting: We store your analytics choice in `ph_consent` and enable persistent analytics and session recordings • After declining: We store your choice and disable optional persistent analytics and session recordings We also collect server-side page view statistics without analytics cookies. OpenAI and Meta advertising measurement are described separately below.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for anonymous, aggregate analytics (server-side page view counts, no cookies) • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for cookie-based analytics, session recordings, and any personalized tracking You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your cookies or contacting us.

5. Meta Pixel

When configured, we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook) for conversion tracking on our marketing pages. The Meta Pixel tracks page views and may set third-party cookies managed by Meta. It is only loaded when a Pixel ID is configured. Data processed by Meta is subject to Meta’s own privacy policy. You can opt out of Meta’s tracking at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads.

5a. OpenAI ad measurement

On configured scan landing pages, accepting OpenAI ad measurement loads the OpenAI Pixel. We send page visits, completed scan requests, event timing and website information to OpenAI. The first-party `__oppref` cookie stores an ad click reference for up to 30 days; `__obref` stores an opaque browser identifier for up to 365 days. Your separate choice is saved in `revido_ads_consent`. The Pixel also stores consent in the 30-day `__oaiq_consent` cookie and `oaiq_consent` localStorage, and visit/consent diagnostic flags in `oaiq_cs:<pixelId>` sessionStorage. The Pixel remains loaded when you navigate to other pages in the same session. If automatic advanced matching is enabled by OpenAI's configuration, it can detect and hash supported contact information on those pages before including it with events. With advertising consent, our server also reports saved scan requests and confirmed appointments through the OpenAI Conversions API, including the ad click reference when available and a normalized SHA-256 hash of your email address. We do not send your scan answers or raw email address in these server events. Campaign labels and consent choices can accompany your booking in Fillout and are stored with the lead in our CRM. OpenAI handles measurement data under its applicable ads and privacy terms; our PostHog EU storage statement does not cover this data. To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and browser storage, then reload a scan landing page.

6. Where your data is processed

PostHog analytics data is processed and stored exclusively within the European Union. PostHog Cloud EU operates from Frankfurt, Germany. No PostHog data is transferred outside the EU/EEA. Meta Pixel data may be processed outside the EU under Meta’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. PostHog acts as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in compliance with GDPR Article 28. The Meta Pixel sends conversion data to Meta Platforms, Inc. under their data processing terms.

8. Data retention

PostHog analytics data is retained for 12 months and session recordings for 30 days. Advertising providers handle measurement data under their applicable terms. You can request deletion by contacting us.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you • Rectification — correct inaccurate data • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") • Restriction — limit how we process your data • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@revido.io.
