Your cookie choices and how they affect measurement on this site.

Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your preferences and understand how you interact with it.

2. Our approach to cookies

Necessary cookies remember preferences and support the site. Optional analytics use persistent storage only after you accept. On scan landing pages where OpenAI ad measurement is configured, we ask for a new choice immediately, even if you previously accepted analytics. Accepting enables analytics, session recordings and OpenAI measurement. Declining stores your preference and keeps OpenAI measurement disabled. On other pages, the analytics banner may appear after three page views.

3. Cookies and browser storage we use

ph_consent — Remembers your analytics choice for 1 year. Category: Necessary preference. ph_pv_count — Counts page views for the deferred analytics banner. Expires after 1 day. Category: Necessary preference. ph_geo_eu — Records whether a visit originates from the EU based on geolocation. Expires after 1 day. Category: Necessary preference. revido_ads_consent — Remembers your separate OpenAI ad measurement choice for 1 year, including when you decline. Category: Necessary preference. __oppref — The OpenAI Pixel's first-party attribution cookie holds a reference to an OpenAI ad click. Used only after accepting OpenAI measurement. Expires after up to 30 days, subject to browser limits. Category: Advertising measurement. __obref — The OpenAI Pixel stores an opaque browser identifier in this first-party cookie for up to 365 days. Category: Advertising measurement. __oaiq_consent — Stores the Pixel's consent state for 30 days. Category: Consent preference. oaiq_consent (localStorage) — Stores the Pixel's consent state without a built-in expiry, until the browser storage is cleared. Category: Consent preference. oaiq_cs:<pixelId> (sessionStorage) — Stores per-Pixel flags for visit and consent diagnostics during the browser tab's session. Category: Advertising measurement. PostHog session cookies and localStorage — Support session recordings and analytics continuity after acceptance. Category: Analytics.

4. Session recordings

When you accept cookies, we may record your browsing session for UX improvement purposes. Session recordings: • Mask all form inputs — passwords, personal data, and other form fields are replaced with asterisks • Are stored in PostHog Cloud EU (Frankfurt, Germany) — data never leaves the EU • Are retained for 30 days — after which they are automatically deleted • Are only enabled with your explicit consent — declining cookies disables session recording entirely

5. How to manage cookies

Use the banner to accept or decline optional analytics and, where offered, OpenAI ad measurement. Necessary cookies still store your choice when you decline. To change your choice, delete this site's cookies and browser storage in your browser settings and reload the page. On a scan landing page with OpenAI measurement configured, the banner appears immediately; elsewhere the analytics banner may appear after three page views. You can also block cookies in your browser or contact privacy@revido.io.

6. Third-party cookies

PostHog analytics requests use our domain. After you accept OpenAI measurement on a configured scan landing page, the OpenAI Pixel loads from OpenAI and uses first-party cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage as listed above. It remains loaded when you navigate elsewhere in the same session. If automatic advanced matching is enabled by OpenAI's configuration, it may detect and hash supported contact information on those pages for measurement events. The separately configured Meta Pixel may also use third-party cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy as our practices evolve. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
